Paul came to our house and ordered all of the parts for our 6 year old LG dryer. Unfortunately it was unable to be fixed economically because of several parts that needed replacing. He was completely upfront with us regarding this even coming out several times to exhaust all possibilities to fix it. Even through all of this he only charged us for the initial visit service call! Paul is a very honest person and we will plan on using Able Appliance Repair if needed in the future and will pass along his information to our friends and family. Paul with Able Appliance Repair provided exceptional service when he came to diagnose our LG washer issue. He was punctual, thorough, and communicated with us every step of the way. Unfortunately, the part we needed is no longer available on the market, but Paul went above and beyond in his efforts. He explored alternative kits and even made a trip to a local supply distribution center after our house call to check on options. Although we ended up needing to purchase a new washer, we deeply appreciate the time and effort Paul put into helping us. His warmth, professionalism, and dedication were truly impressive. I wanted to leave this review to applaud Paul, as it’s rare to find someone who truly goes the extra mile to make sure a problem is fully resolved. We called him about a freezer that wasn’t cooling, and I was very impressed with his work ethic and thoroughness in fixing the issue. I’ve used several highly rated appliance repair companies in the past with mixed results. One big advantage of Able Appliance Repair is that it’s a one-man service - you know exactly who will be showing up.
