Paul came to our house and ordered all of the parts for our 6 year old LG dryer. Unfortunately it was unable to be fixed economically because of several parts that needed replacing. He was completely upfront with us regarding this even coming out several times to exhaust all possibilities to fix it. Even through all of this he only charged us for the initial visit service call! Paul is a very honest person and we will plan on using Able Appliance Repair if needed in the future and will pass along his information to our friends and family. He also recommended dryers that we could purchase and offered any help and advice. We highly recommend this company for appliance repair! Thank. you Paul!

Paul with Able Appliance Repair provided exceptional service when he came to diagnose our LG washer issue. He was punctual, thorough, and communicated with us every step of the way. Unfortunately, the part we needed is no longer available on the market, but Paul went above and beyond in his efforts. He explored alternative kits and even made a trip to a local supply distribution center after our house call to check on options. Paul helped us with our washing machine the same day we called. He quickly identified two problems that would cost about half the price of a new machine. He explained our repair options very clearly so we could make informed decisions. We opted to replace a part needed to use the machine short term while we shopped for a new machine, avoiding a more expensive repair on our 12–15-year-old machine. Paul is a guy we trust: Honest, friendly, very knowledgeable, and charges very reasonable rates. He is our "go-to" guy for appliance work. We agreed, they don't make 'em the way they used to. Our first washer, purchased in 1975, lasted over 30 years!

Was a little late getting back to me, same day just later in the evening and apologized from the get go. scheduled an appointment and kept in contact with me. came out and had it figured out within 15 20 mins- both washer and dryer issues. After quite a bit of hit and miss on my end towards him, we finally got lined up and he had it all fixed and taken care of very quickly. He was kind and patient enough to explain the issues that were wrong and what he had to do to fix it. During the entire process he was super patient and understanding and flexible. Came across a couple issues afterwards, he still problem solved and walked me through eliminating issues that were fixable on my end first before just jumping on it and charging for doing so. Had multiple options for payment. Super well priced. Hands down will be the only guy I will call for any issues that come up and his services cover.

Just wanted to say i highly recommend this company to anyone looking for affordable appliance repairs great customer service and great work done in a timely matter had my washer and dryer repaired for less then buying a used set from a used appliance store so before you junk your set or call one of those appliance stores that sell you a used washer or dryer with a 30 day warranty but haul your old set just to fix it and sell it to the next customer making a double profit off of you call Abel Appliance Repair you will be happy with the work and you'll save some money and the work comes with a year warranty

Paul was able to come out and fix my refrigerator before any other appliance company could, by three business days! He had me send over my make and model number so he could do some research before coming out. He showed up right on time at the first appointment. He constantly kept me in the loop about when parts would come in and when he would be back to install them. He was patient when my kids were in his business checking out his work, explained what he was doing thoroughly, and was polite and cleaned up after he was finished. The fridge has been running smoothly ever since!

I called Able Appliance Repair last week and left a voice mail regarding my microwave that was no longer heating food. In that message, I also explained what initial troubleshooting I had done. When Paul called me back, he gave me a run down of his service costs but then offered to send me some online videos to watch if I wanted to take another stab at fixing it myself. Later that day, he sent me a link to a parts diagram, as well as 2 videos that after watching I realized I had missed checking one door switch - and that was in fact the one that needed replacing.
This guy even gave me the name, address and phone number of the parts supplier in Omaha that I could pick up my parts, and he had already confirmed that any of the door switch parts I need were in stock.
And he didn't charge me anything for that....unreal! I own a few rental properties in the area and I know who I will be calling for now on with any appliance issues. Thank you Paul!

Great experience with Paul of Able Appliance Repair! Professional, punctual and quality service. I love my 26 year old washing machine! Hard to believe but it's so much better than new ones (after having looked at them and the sales person telling me they only last about 5 or 6 years). Never a problem at all until recently. He was very thorough in checking all aspects of it and figured out the issue. Everything is working great again. Reasonable rates. I will definitely call Paul again and recommend him to family and friends.

He took his time to find the problem and then researched what was needed for my washer to be sure it was correct, so he could quote me a price if my washer was too bad to repair or if I needed a new one. Paul came out and worked on my dryer. He was able to fix it at a very reasonable cost for me. Paul was a professional and knew exactly what he needed to do to fix it. He was very honest about what was wrong with it. I would still have that dryer today except my siblings gave me a dryer for Christmas. Since Paul was able to fix and it and make it totally ususable I donated it to a very good cause. I would highly recommended Able Appliance Repair. You have no need to look anywhere else!

Best analysis and service for my Maytag front loading washer and dryer ever. Several other repair services before Able Appliance Repair provided explanations for my leaky washer but didn't address the problem. Paul offered a correct analysis right away and next day repair. Our fridge stopped cooling right before Christmas. Paul was able to get us in really quick. He was very professional and inspected everything really well. We had a issue a day later and made it out immediately and resolved the issue with the thermostat. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for appliance repair. We will definitely use him in the future. Paul diagnosed my dishwasher needs and went out of his way to locate the best priced circuit board available. He then drove to the parts location and returned completing the job an hour later. Most businesses would have rescheduled when parts arrived. Reasonably priced personal service. Quite the novelty these days. Will be calling again for next appliance failure repair!

I was referred to Able appliance from a neighbor. I needed a second opinion on our fridge. Paul fit me in to his busy schedule the day I called. He was on time, very knowledgeable, and the service call fee was very resonable. He typed up a report and included photos to help me with my warranty company. We would highly recommend him and will be using him if we ever need a repairman in the future.

Paul helped us out in a nightmare of a situation we'd had with another tech ghosting us and he was quick and extremely responsive and fixed our dryer SO fast. Paul is number one in my book! I needed a thermostat for my oven. It’s a rare breed, an NXR. Not the easiest to work on but he stuck with it and got it done! Very polite and professional. The best part was that he actually communicated, letting me know when he would arrive. Highly recommend!
